Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to assist the Maintenance Manager with directing and coordinating activities to maintain production machines, develop equipment, and provide electrical tools or MRO.

The role requires coordinating with departments, planning preventive maintenance, approving component designs, controlling spare parts inventory, and upholding safety standards while seeking performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree is required.
• At least 3 years in a technical electrical or maintenance role.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, solve problems and make decisions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan, maintain and coordinate care and maintenance activities for production machines.
• Take preventive action by creating regular maintenance programs.
• Approve machine program designs and ensure spare parts supply.
• Coordinate with production departments to monitor, repair, maintain and improve machine performance.
• Control spare parts demand to minimize inventory while ensuring continuity of supply.
• Identify local spare parts suppliers to reduce costs.
• Oversee internal manufacture/repair of spare parts to meet quality standards.
• Stay updated on machine tech and materials to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Ensure Product Environmental Quality Assurance within the department.
• Review subordinate performance and develop training for tech upgrades.
• Maintain and enforce work safety standards.
