Qualifications

• Minimum of Electrical Engineer education background.
• At least 3 years in a technical position in electrical engineering or maintenance.
• Interpersonal skills to establish relationships effectively with various levels.
• Organizational skills to coordinate various tasks.
• Managerial ability to lead, solve problems and make decisions effectively.
• Technical knowledge in maintenance management, production management, engineering.

Responsibilities

• Plan, maintain and coordinate care and maintenance activities for production machines in all relevant departments so that they are ready for production.
• Take preventive action against possible damage to production machines, by creating regular and consistent maintenance programs.
• Approve the proposed machine program design, design and specifications, both for the supply of spare parts and other needs.
• Coordinating with all relevant departments in production, in terms of monitoring, repairing, maintaining and increasing the performance of production machines as well as supplying the required spare parts.
• Control the demand and need for spare parts, so that spare parts inventory can be minimized and reduced to optimal limits and maintain continuity of supply to departments that need it
• Looking for local spare parts suppliers, to save on spare parts costs.
• Controlling the manufacture or repair of spare parts that can be done internally, so that they can meet the quality set by the relevant department.
• Always following developments in machine technology and materials as well as new methods to improve, perfect and develop production machines with the aim of improving machine performance and reducing costs.
• Ensure the implementation of the Product Environmental Quality Assurance System within the department.
• Check, evaluate and review the performance of subordinates regularly or periodically according to specific measures, such as levels of productivity, discipline, achievement and competency and develop training programs to adapt to technological developments.
• Maintain and ensure the implementation of work safety standards and safe and healthy working conditions.
• Carry out and be responsible for projects or work requested by superiors and/or company leaders.
