Job summary

Michelin Asia Pacific is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to maintain electrical infrastructure and power distribution equipment, ensuring safe and reliable operations aligned with the site maintenance strategy.

Fresh graduates are welcome; internships or professional experience are encouraged. Fluency in English (B2) and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required. The role is based in Cilegon, Banten.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; internships or experience encouraged.
• Strong analytical and quantitative thinking with math foundation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence constructively.
• Understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals: power systems, equipment, control systems, instrumentation.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, ETAP, EPLAN, PLC, SCADA or similar software is a plus.
• Willing to be based in Cilegon, Banten.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken, minimum B2).

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical infrastructure and power supply equipment for safe, reliable operations.
• Participate in implementing and developing electrical systems per site maintenance strategy.
• Contribute to reliability, efficiency, and cost-performance improvements through continuous improvement initiatives.
