Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Fresh graduates welcome; internship or relevant experience encouraged.
Strong analytical and quantitative thinking; solid math/logical reasoning.
Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence constructively.
Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals: power systems, equipment, control, instrumentation.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, ETAP, EPLAN, PLC, SCADA or related software is a plus.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in dynamic environments.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English (written and spoken, at least B2).

Responsibilities

Maintain electrical infrastructure and power supply equipment for safe, reliable operations.
Contribute to developing and implementing electrical systems per maintenance strategy.
Improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and cost performance through continuous improvement.
