Job summary

Groupe Michelin Indonesia is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to safeguard electrical systems and power distribution at our Cilegon, Banten site. You will join a maintenance team focusing on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement, applying engineering fundamentals and CAD/ETAP skills to support asset care and uptime.

Fresh graduates are welcome; strong analytical thinking, communication, and the ability to work under pressure are highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Fresh graduates welcome; internship or experience encouraged.
Strong analytical and quantitative thinking with math and logic.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals: power systems, equipment, control, instrumentation.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, ETAP, EPLAN, PLC, SCADA or similar software.
Learning agility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English (written and spoken, minimum B2).
Willing to be based in Cilegon, Banten.

Responsibilities

Maintain electrical infrastructure and power supply equipment to ensure safe operations.
Participate in implementing and developing electrical systems per maintenance strategy.
Improve equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and cost performance via continuous improvement initiatives.
