Job summary

Michelin Asia Pacific is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to maintain electrical infrastructure and power systems to ensure safe, reliable operations. You will contribute to developing electrical systems aligned with maintenance strategy at our Cilegon site.

Fresh graduates are welcome; internships or related experience are a plus. Strong analytical skills, communication, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint are expected, with English proficiency at B2+ level.

Qualifications

• Must-have degree in Electrical Engineering with strong foundation in electrical concepts.
• Fluent in English and capable of professional communication.
• Experience or internships in electrical maintenance or related areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical infrastructure and power supply equipment to ensure safe and reliable operations.
• Participate in the implementation and development of electrical systems in line with the site's maintenance strategy.
• Contribute to improving equipment reliability, operational efficiency and cost performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
