Job summary

OPPO FACTORY in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer specializing in electrical systems for manufacturing. You will oversee safe and efficient operation of electrical equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support process improvements across the facility.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years in machinery or food manufacturing, with 3 years in maintenance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering related to automation/electrical.
• Minimum 5 years in machinery or food manufacturing industry, including 3 years in maintenance.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, PLC programming, sensors, and electrical control systems.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and electrical safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical systems, production equipment, utilities, and facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and periodic maintenance of equipment.
• Handle electrical work related to machine modifications, process improvements, installation, testing, and calibration.
• Manage procurement of electrical spare parts to support maintenance activities.
• Perform electrical installation and quality control for factory construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and work with Safety/EHS on safety inspections.
• Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians in electrical maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with departments to support production targets and maintain product quality.
• Willing to work on a 2-shift system (day and night shifts) according to factory requirements.
