Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking an Electrical Engineer specialized in PLC and analog automation for a Machine Parts company in Jakarta. The role covers troubleshooting, project execution, and the implementation of automation improvements.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in electrical engineering, 3+ years in manufacturing, and hands-on PLC/HMI experience with Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Allen-Bradley systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD/Visio is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Conversational level of English.
At least 3 years of experience as Electrical or Automation Engineer in manufacturing.
Proficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley).
Experience with inverters/drives, analog automation, control panels, and HMI systems.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, or MS Visio.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and automation issues to minimize downtime.
Monitor and drive maintenance KPIs for performance, uptime, and reliability.
Plan, execute, and oversee electrical/automation projects from concept to completion.
Support digital system improvements, automation upgrades, and data integration.
Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley).
Design and implement analog automation control panels and HMI interfaces.
Configure and maintain drives/inverters (Fuji Electric, Parker) to control motors.
Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and project documentation.
Other duties as needed.
