Qualifications

• Conversational level of English.
• At least 3 years of experience as Electrical or Automation Engineer in manufacturing.
• Proficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley).
• Experience with inverters/drives, analog automation, control panels, and HMI systems.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, or MS Visio.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and automation issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and drive maintenance KPIs for performance, uptime, and reliability.
• Plan, execute, and oversee electrical/automation projects from concept to completion.
• Support digital system improvements, automation upgrades, and data integration.
• Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley).
• Design and implement analog automation control panels and HMI interfaces.
• Configure and maintain drives/inverters (Fuji Electric, Parker) to control motors.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and project documentation.
• Other duties as needed.

Electrical Engineer - PLC, Analog Automation (Machine Parts, 134396)

Our client is a Machine Parts company. Currently, they are looking for Electrical Engineer (PLC, Analog automation).

Job Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and automation-related issues to ensure minimal equipment downtime and optimal system uptime.

Monitor and drive performance to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance, efficiency, and system reliability.

Plan, execute, and oversee electrical and automation projects from concept to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness.

Support initiatives for digital system improvements, automation upgrades, and data integration for operational visibility.

Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley).

Work with Analog Automation systems, design and implement control panels and HMI interfaces as needed.

Configure and maintain drives/inverters such as Fuji Electric and Parker to control motor speeds and process variables.

Prepare and maintain detailed technical reports, maintenance logs, and project documentation for internal tracking and audits.

Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Conversational level of English.

At least 3 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or Automation Engineer in the manufacturing industry.

Good knowledge and practical experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting, particularly Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Allen-Bradley, as well as experience with inverters/drives, analog automation, control panels, and HMI systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, or Microsoft Visio.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
