SALES MANAGER – Electrical and B2B Project Sales

Location: Green Lake City, Tangerang (near Kosambi, Jakarta Barat)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Sales Manager to grow an electrical components business through corporate and project sales. You will combine commercial planning with hands‑on support for key opportunities, helping the team turn customer needs into contracts and repeat business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop sales strategies, business plans, targets, and team performance measures.

Lead, coach, and review the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team targets.

Develop new accounts and project opportunities with project owners, consultants, contractors, and key customers.

Oversee prospecting, presentations, quotations, negotiation, closing, and project handover; support key customer discussions.

Analyse market trends, competitor activity, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts; recommend actions to management.

Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and finance teams on purchase orders, contracts, payments, delivery, and customer follow-up.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

At least five years of corporate, project, or B2B sales experience, including two years in a managerial or supervisory role.

A record of achieving sales targets, developing accounts, and leading a sales team.

Strong sales planning, negotiation, presentation, customer relationship management, and analytical skills.

Experience building relationships with consultants, project owners, contractors, and key customers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Have a valid SIM A

Willingness to travel for business purposes.

Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
