Job summary

PT Eriweld International Indonesia is seeking a Sales Engineer with a degree in Electrical Engineering to grow our electrical construction business in Jakarta. You will identify and develop new customers, understand project requirements, and present technical solutions and quotations to clients.

Preferred candidates have 1–2 years in sales engineering or related roles, familiarity with tender processes, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or D3 in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years in Sales Engineering or related roles; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in electrical, MEP, EPC, construction, or industrial projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and project opportunities in the electrical construction industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Understand electrical specifications, drawings, SLD, BOQ/BOM, and tender documents.
• Provide technical solutions and support based on customer and project requirements.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and sales presentations.
• Coordinate with Engineering to develop suitable technical solutions.
• Identify and follow up on new projects, tenders, and business opportunities.
• Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and support negotiations.
