Job summary

Green SM Indonesia is expanding and we are launching our electric two-wheel vehicle operations. We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Management Manager – 2W to lead end-to-end management of our electric bike fleet, ensuring vehicle availability, safety, cost efficiency, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience managing motorcycle or two-wheel vehicle fleets is preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to build systems and processes in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of the two-wheel vehicle fleet from receipt to disposal.
• Develop preventive maintenance, inspection, and readiness standards.
• Ensure vehicle availability to support targets.
• Monitor fleet condition, costs, and performance; coordinate documentation and compliance.
• Manage relationships with workshops and external partners.
• Develop dashboards and regular reports on availability, maintenance, incidents, and risks.
• Lead and develop the vehicle management team across depots.
