Job summary

Eaton is seeking an EHS Officer in Jakarta, Indonesia, to implement and sustain Environmental, Health and Safety programs across field service, projects, and office activities. You will coordinate with local leaders to ensure regulatory compliance, EHS execution, incident prevention, training, and audits.

The role requires AK3U certification and 5–7 years of EHS experience, with knowledge of MESH or equivalent safety frameworks and contractor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in a related discipline.
• Possesses Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certificate.
• 5–7 years of experience in EHS, field service, project, or contractor safety management.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, field inspections, incident investigations.
• Knowledge of EHS management systems, MESH or equivalent frameworks.
• Familiarity with customer EHS requirements and contractor qualification platforms.
• Technical background in Power Quality and Distribution systems or field service work is preferred.
• Able to work in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to balance business needs with EHS compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Implement field service EHS plans and improvements aligned with global initiatives.
• Support Regional EHS Manager and country leadership on compliance programs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet EHS targets and objectives.
• Implement MESH requirements and support continuous improvement.
• Manage EHS training for field service employees and contractors.
• Support QMS goals and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
