The Lab Indonesia is seeking an Education Consultant to convert leads into enrolled students and drive sales growth on-site in Jakarta. You will proactively follow up with leads through WhatsApp and calls, delivering persuasive presentations during trial classes to boost conversions.

You will build partnerships with schools and organizations, coordinate class schedules with instructors, and maintain a positive, energetic attitude to achieve targets and support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years direct sales or sales training experience, preferably in education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Indonesian.
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills; proven sales target achievement.
• Solid understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with Instructor team.
• Positive, energetic attitude with strong motivation to achieve results.
• Creative and out-of-the-box thinking for engaging promotional content.
