Job summary

Palladium seeks an education policy and regulatory researcher for INOVASI Phase 3 in Indonesia. The consultant will analyze policy implementation, draft briefs, and support ministries with evidence-based recommendations. The role requires collaboration with Bappenas, MoPSE, and MoRA to strengthen policy and practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in education policy research in Indonesia.
• Strong ability to analyse policy implementation and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience working with government ministries and agencies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze policy and regulatory frameworks for inclusive education in Indonesia.
• Draft evidence-based policy briefs and recommendations for GoI agencies.
• Coordinate with Bappenas, MoPSE, and MoRA to support REG policy development.
• Translate research findings into actionable implementation guidance.
