Job summary

Palladium invites applications for a District Consultant in East Java to support INOVASI Phase 3. Based in Sidoarjo with travel to other INOVASI areas as necessary, you will coordinate with provincial teams, government bodies, and CSOs to implement activities and monitor progress.

You will prepare reports, ensure compliance with Palladium/DFAT regulations, and contribute to education quality improvements at district level, working with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in office management and/or administration.
• Experience in teaching and learning, community participation in education, literacy, numeracy, or school management.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and web browsers.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Residents of Sidoarjo District strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key partners to facilitate activities.
• Coordinate logistics for provincial events and invitations.
• Support GEDSI and climate strategies at the district level.
• Ensure activities comply with Palladium and DFAT regulations.
• Prepare implementation reports and assist with data collection.
• Participate in INOVASI meetings and take notes.
• Other duties as required by the Provincial Manager.
