• Minimum D3/S1, any major.
• 1–2 years in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles; education experience preferred.
• Strong Bahasa Indonesia communication; basic English.
• Comfortable handling high-volume WhatsApp and phone conversations.
• CRM/tracker updates, target-driven, and consistent in follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads within 30 minutes during operating hours.
• Qualify each lead on five basics before routing: child, program, branch, timing, readiness, budget.
• Route qualified leads to the correct branch Centre Manager within 1 hour with context.
• Maintain the central lead tracker: source, status, branch, PIC, next action, lost reason.
• Follow up on leads not picked up and reactivate stale leads.
• Book trial class slot with the branch and confirm attendance.
• Submit daily and weekly reporting on leads, contact rate, and handover rate.
• Closing and parent consultation at branch level remain with the Centre Manager.
