Job summary

Alibaba.com Indonesia is seeking a Junior Ecosystem Marketing to bridge Marketing, Partnerships, Community, Events, Data, and Commercial. You’ll help build and activate the ecosystem, turning relationships into real opportunities.

You’ll plan events, drive registrations, coordinate with partners and internal teams, and ensure leads are captured and handed to Sales. Ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people and turning data into action.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, events, community, or similar.
• Able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and working with data.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Willing to get hands dirty; proactive and communicative.
• Experience with events, communities, partnerships, CRM, or B2B marketing is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong project and communication experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Build and activate the ecosystem by seeking communities and partners and turning relationships into opportunities.
• Support partnerships from initial conversation through activation and campaigns.
• Plan events and activations, coordinate speakers, vendors, communities, and internal teams.
• Drive registrations and audience participation; track details to avoid gaps.
• Capture leads from activations and hand them to Sales/SDR for follow-up.
• Turn data into insights to measure what works and inform next steps.
• Keep multiple projects moving and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
