Job summary

Beiersdorf in Indonesia is seeking a data-driven marketing professional to own the integration of data across eCommerce functions, delivering visualizations and insights that accelerate business performance.

You will lead end-to-end Performance Marketing and Data initiatives, optimize on- and off-platform investments, and collaborate with KAMs, marketing teams, agencies, and ecommerce platforms to maximize ROAS and spend efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in agencies, brands, or e-commerce.
• Hands-on analytics with Google Analytics, Looker Studio and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support for ePM Managers with strong data insights.
• Integrate data across ecommerce functions to create visuals addressing challenges.
• Analyze marketing spend and ROAS; provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead end-to-end Performance Marketing and Data projects across platforms.
• Manage budget planning, utilization, and performance evaluation.
