PT Nipsea Paint and Chemicals seeks a Depot Head / Sales Manager for Eastern Indonesia to lead sales and depot operations across East Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Papua, and other territories. The role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on depot management.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in senior sales leadership, with proven ability to drive growth, manage distributors, and lead diverse teams. Willingness to travel is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years as Branch Head/Depot Head/Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of sales management, distribution and depot operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and achieve business targets across sales performance, accounts receivable, warehouse inventory, and people development.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business and expand market share in the territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, and key customers.
• Lead, coach and develop Sales and Warehouse teams to meet targets and drive growth.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activities; implement corrective actions.
