Job summary
National Sales Manager for Precision Instrument & Industrial Solutions oversees sales operations across Indonesia, leading a distributed team from Head Office Tangerang Selatan with expansion plans to Surabaya, Bandung and Banjarmasin.
The role requires strong leadership in technical B2B sales, strategic market development, and close collaboration with international principals to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years managerial-level experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Total minimum 10 years in Sales & Marketing including operations.
- Experience in scientific instruments, laboratory, analytical, or technical solutions.
- Leadership, pipeline management, negotiation, and communication capabilities.
- Business-level English to liaise with international principals.
- Engineering or science background preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team; resolve obstacles and close deals.
- Drive new client acquisition and expand market presence.
- Forecast pipeline and consistently hit annual revenue targets.
- Deliver technical presentations and solutions to B2B clients.
- Maintain relationships with international principals.
- Lead market development and team building in new expansion areas such as Banjarmasin.
