Job summary

PT. Bangkit Lakuliner Indonesia is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations across more than eight outlets in Surabaya.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food & beverage industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent is a must.
• Experience in handling more than 8 outlets.
• Knowledge of Hygiene and Safety Standards.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate multiple teams.
• Experience in stock management within the retail food industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are properly implemented, covering cleanliness and grooming standards, food presentation, and food quality.
• Ensure that all products served in the store meet the company’s quality standards and are ready for sale.
• Ensure that ordering of goods and raw materials is aligned with store stock levels to maintain optimal inventory.
• Manage the operational budget and ensure the store operates efficiently, without compromising service quality or product standards.
• Conduct sales forecasting for the following week in collaboration with the Supervisor.
• Develop action plans for underperforming stores and create improvement and development strategies for stores that achieve or exceed targets.
• Prepare and submit periodic store visit reports to the Operational Manager.
