6923 Sateri (Nantong) Fiber Co., Ltd. seeks an experienced E&I Supervisor to lead a technicians team and ensure reliable plant operations. You will plan maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement standards for safety and efficiency.
The role requires leadership, strong PLC/SCADA knowledge, and collaboration with multiple departments to support projects and continuous improvement at the site.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation engineering.
- 5+ years in electrical/instrumentation maintenance in manufacturing.
- Experience supervising a team.
- Strong PLC programming and SCADA knowledge.
- English proficiency in written and spoken.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and supervise a team of E&I technicians.
- Plan and schedule maintenance, calibration.
- Troubleshoot electrical/instrumentation issues.
- Develop E&I maintenance procedures and standards.
- Ensure safety regulations compliance.
- Manage spare parts inventory for E&I components.
- Collaborate with production, mechanical, operations.
- Participate in design, installation and commissioning of new E&I systems.
- Generate reports on E&I performance and reliability.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
