Clariant is seeking an Electrical & Instrument Section Head in Cikampek, West Java, to lead reliability and performance of all E&I systems across the plant. This role combines deep electrical and instrumentation expertise with strong team leadership to drive structured maintenance, control system integrity, and energy efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead E&I maintenance planning and execution (preventive, predictive, corrective) to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Design and oversee maintenance and calibration of DCS/PLC/SCADA and field instruments for precision and reliability.
• Oversee electrical distribution: ensure MV/LV reliability, backups, and IEC/NFPA safety compliance.
• Develop and empower E&I craftsmen to raise technical capability, standards, and accountability across shifts.
• Plan E&I spare parts strategy to ensure availability and optimize inventory with procurement.
• Ensure electrical safety and compliance; enforce LOTO, assess risks, lead safety talks to foster zero-accident culture.
• Leverage SAP PM to enforce work orders, calibrations, docs, and history for data-driven decisions.
• Drive energy efficiency: monitor power factor and cut energy use in line with sustainability goals.
• Lead E&I project improvements with contractors; manage SLDs, P&IDs, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve E&I issues and sustain operations.
