Job summary

Qualifications

• Electrical & instrumentation expertise aligned with maintenance leadership.
• Experience leading preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead E&I maintenance planning and execution.
• Architect and govern maintenance of process control systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA) and field instruments.
• Oversee and safeguard electrical distribution systems and safety standards (IEC, NFPA).
• Inspire and empower E&I craftsmen teams.
• Architect E&I spare parts strategies and procurement alignment.
• Enforce LOTO and safety culture across E&I activities.
• Utilize CMMS (SAP PM) for work orders, calibration schedules, and history.
• Drive electrical energy efficiency initiatives and cost optimization.
• Coordinate E&I projects with contractors and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Production, HSE, and Procurement to sustain operations.
