Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Broadcasting, Communication or related field (or fresh graduate up to 1 year).
• Good understanding of video production techniques including lighting and sound.
• Strong storytelling, teamwork and passion for beauty shoots and social media.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce daily short-form performance ads from end-to-end post-production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and campaign goals.
• Analyze competitor ads to identify hooks and structures to boost conversions.
• Track video ROI and GMV metrics, iterating on underperforming creatives.
