Job summary

Hebe Beauty Indonesia is hiring an E-Commerce Video Editor to craft punchy short-form ads for our online campaigns. You will handle end-to-end post-production, including editing, motion graphics, color grading, and audio sync, for daily output.

Based in North Jakarta at Landmark Pluit with full WFO on Mon-Fri, you will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure every clip reflects our brand and drives conversions across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Broadcasting, Communication, Arts, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with up to 1 year experience in videography/editing and a strong portfolio.
• Solid understanding of lighting, sound recording, framing, and cinematography principles.
• Proficiency in key video editing tools for high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce daily short-form performance ad videos, handling end-to-end post-production including advanced editing, motion graphics, color grading, and audio synchronization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure video content aligns with brand identity, campaign objectives, and audience needs.
• Analyze top-performing competitor ads to identify hooks, structures, and audio triggers, re-engineering proven frameworks for new products to boost conversions.
• Track video ROI and GMV performance metrics, collaborating with media buying and creative teams to iterate and refine ad creative.
• Stay updated on content trends and refine video strategies using performance insights to drive conversions.
