Hebe Beauty Indonesia is seeking an E-Commerce Video Editor to craft compelling short-form ads daily from end-to-end post production. You will enhance videos with motion graphics, color grading and precise audio sync, ensuring brand alignment across campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams, analyze top ads for winning hooks, and refine strategies to improve conversions while staying current with beauty industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Broadcasting, Communication or related field (or fresh graduate up to 1 year).
• Good understanding of video production techniques including lighting and sound.
• Strong storytelling, teamwork and passion for beauty shoots and social media.

Responsibilities

We are hiring a candidate for E-Commerce Video Editor

Location and working arrangement:

• Willing to be placed at Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta with full WFO work mechanism (Mon-Fri).

What Would You Do

• Edit and produce short-form performance ad videos daily, executing end-to-end post-production, including advanced editing, motion graphics, visual effects, color grading, and audio synchronization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure video content aligns with brand identity, campaign objectives, and audience needs.
• Analyzed top-performing competitor ads to identify winning hooks, structures, and audio triggers, re-engineering proven frameworks for new products to boost conversion rates.
• Tracked video ROI and GMV performance metrics, actively collaborating with cross-functional media buying and creative teams to iterate and refine low-performing ad creative.
• Stay updated on content trends and refine video strategies using performance insights to drive conversions.

Requirements

What Are We Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) is a MUST; from Film, Broadcasting, Communication, Arts, or any related field. Open for fresh graduates with up to 1 year experience as a Videographer & Editor, with a good portfolio.
• Good understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound recording, framing and cinematography principles. Also, familiarity with various camera equipment and accessories.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with strong storytelling skills and creative thinking in passion for beauty shoot and social media.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Skill software; Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effect, Final Cut Pro, CapCut and DaVinci Resolve.
