Job summary

PT Noolie Kesehatan Rakyat Indonesia is seeking a proactive video and photo editor to join our Kebon Jeruk on-site team. You will shoot content, edit reels and promos, and craft visual assets per the brief.

Coordinate with the marketing team, organize footage, and contribute ideas while building a strong portfolio from university projects or freelance work. Basic English and solid composition are essential.

A laptop and proficiency in CapCut, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Canva are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be an active university student or fresh graduate, preferably from DKV, Multimedia, or Communications.
• Willing to work full-time on-site (WFO) in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta.
• Own a laptop capable of video editing.
• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva.
• Able to capture clean, well-composed photos and videos with a phone or camera.
• Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
• Have a video portfolio (university, personal, or freelance work).
• Understand short-form video trends on social media.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable communicating in basic English.

Responsibilities

• Shoot content using a smartphone or camera (products, office activities, behind the scenes).
• Take product photos for assets per the brief.

• Create and edit Reels and TikTok content per the brief/content plan.
• Edit collaboration video materials per guidelines and brief.
• Add text, music, transitions, and subtitles.
• Organize footage files neatly.

• Contribute content ideas and handle revisions quickly.

Requirements

• Active university student or fresh graduate, preferably from a DKV, Multimedia, or Communications major. Applicants from other majors are welcome to apply if their skills and portfolio are a good fit
