With 3+ years of experience, you will shoot, light, color grade, and deliver final cuts for products and lifestyle content, ensuring a premium, minimalist aesthetic aligned with our brand. On-site in Sunter, North Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven videographer/editor experience in agency or fashion brands.
• End-to-end production ability from pre-production to final delivery.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating cinematic storytelling and color aesthetics.
• Proficient in studio lighting and on-set direction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual concepts and storyboards
• Conduct shoots for products, campaigns, and lifestyle content with a cinematic style aligned with the brand's direction
• Set up lighting, framing, and visual composition that reflect the brand's tone and aesthetics
• Perform color grading, sound design, and video finishing to ensure high-quality final outputs
• Manage the editing process from rough cut to final cut (social media formats, ads, and campaign videos)

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented to bring our visual identity to life. In this role, you will work closely with the creative team and social media team to execute the production of assets—ranging from translating cinematic storyboards into reality, conducting pristine shoots, to handling final post-production. You will collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce elevated, modern, and minimalist content that resonates with our audience and strengthens our brand presence across digital and campaign platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual concepts and storyboards
• Conduct shoots for products, campaigns, and lifestyle content with a cinematic style aligned with the brand's direction
• Set up lighting, framing, and visual composition that reflect the brand's tone and aesthetics
• Perform color grading, sound design, and video finishing to ensure high-quality final outputs
• Manage the editing process from rough cut to final cut (social media formats, ads, and campaign videos)

About you

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a dedicated Videographer / Editor (agency, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand background is mandatory)
• Proven track record of handling end-to-end production independently, from pre-production planning to final delivery
• Proficient in cinematic shooting techniques, advanced studio lighting setups, and visual storytelling
• Skilled in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
• Strong color grading skills with a portfolio demonstrating consistent color aesthetics
• Understands the full production workflow and is able to direct talent/crew on set when needed
• Able to work collaboratively while maintaining meticulous attention to detail under tight deadlines
• Creative, with a strong sense of beauty, modern, and minimalist premium visual style
• A strong commercial video portfolio is strictly required (product, campaign, or cinematic lifestyle content)
• Additional skills in motion graphics and text animations are highly preferred
