Job summary

Shopee & Monee invites university students in their third or final year to join the Apprentice Program 2027 in Jakarta as a full-time internship. You will participate in end-to-end project work across diverse teams including Business Development, BI, Financial Products (Monee), Logistics, Marketing, Operations, or Product Management.

Develop leadership skills and professional competencies during a 6-month program.

Qualifications

• University students in their third or final year pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Availability for a full-time internship from January for 6 months.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinker who solves problems effectively.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter eager to learn and contribute.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end processes in large-scale projects and launch integral initiatives.
• Work within one of several teams (Business Development, BI, Financial Products, Logistics, Marketing, Operations, or Product Management).
• Take ownership of meaningful projects contributing to e-commerce and tech.
