From Day 1, you join as a full‑time employee and rotate across key business areas over 18 to 24 months, gaining hands‑on operating experience and exposure to strategy, analytics, and operations.

The program prepares high‑potential talents for future leadership roles in a dynamic digital commerce environment.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree is required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and quick learning ability.
• Interest in e‑commerce and digital platforms is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Rotate across TikTok Shop business functions to gain end‑to‑end exposure.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to diagnose challenges and translate insights into action.
• Support go‑to‑market strategies, seller and creator development programs, and growth initiatives.
• Monitor performance using data and build actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Demonstrate ownership and adaptability in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.
