Job summary

TikTok is seeking a project intern to support the FMCG Health Team in Jakarta. You will engage in short-term projects, gain hands-on experience, and work closely with pharmacists to update product lists and monitor license validity.

You will track top-selling e-pharmacy products, support program metrics, and help report on Shop Tab performance. This role offers on-the-job learning in a fast-paced environment and requires a commitment of at least 3 months.

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a degree.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Interested in health, pharmacy, or e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating with pharmacists to update the master product list and ensure valid pharmacy/store licenses.
• Support monthly tracking of top-selling e-pharmacy products and prescription uploads.
• Help track weekly performance metrics for key programs (SFP, VXP, BCP).
• Assist in monitoring Shop Tab and campaign performance, and compiling reports.
• Maintain and update basic trackers (e.g., violation logs, product groupings).
