TikTok is offering a Beauty & Personal Care Account Manager Project Intern position to start in 2026 in Jakarta. The role supports the BPC category team with operations and analytics, helping manage sellers, stock, campaigns, and competitive positioning.

Open to BS/MS students, the internship lasts at least 3 months and provides exposure to cross-functional collaboration, dashboards, and strategic category work within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Active undergraduate student in any major.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recurring tasks.
• Proficient in spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets / Excel) for data entry, tracking, and basic analysis.
• Good written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and follow structured operational processes.
• Comfortable with fast-paced, high-volume operational work.
• Background or coursework in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Prior internship or project experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee or other SEA platforms.
• Experience with data reporting or dashboard tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining trackers or PM tools.
• Proactive communicator with structured follow-up and escalation.
• Interest in beauty, personal care, or FMCG is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Day-to-Day AM Operations – Assist Account Managers with recurring operational work across BPC categories – Coordinate with leads and cross-functional teams.
• Competitor Monitoring – Daily/weekly Shopee competitor tracking – Compile screenshots, update trackers, and share findings in subcategory huddles.
• Campaign Reminders & Follow-Up – Send daily campaign reminders to merchants about latest programs and registration deadlines.
• Tracker Maintenance – Update BPC category and performance trackers – Support OKR tracking and category.
• Adhoc Category Project – Support tracking & monitoring – Establish GTM for new policy/projects.
