Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in day-to-day operations and performance of Home Supplies FMCG brands and sellers.
• Track and analyze GMV, sales, campaign performance, traffic, and seller KPIs; aid in regular reporting.
• Coordinate with brands, sellers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives and resolve issues.
• Maintain account trackers, calendars, dashboards with high accuracy.
• Conduct daily competitor price and promotion checks during campaigns to identify price gaps.
• Support business reviews through data gathering, performance analysis, and insights.
• Assist seller development and category initiatives including onboarding and content projects.
