Job summary

TikTok is seeking an Electronics Strategy Project Intern (TikTok Shop by Tokopedia) for a 2026 start. Based in Jakarta, this role blends strategy, operations, and stakeholder management to support category strategy and seller activations for Electronics and Automotive sellers.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Campaign, Operations, and Creator teams to drive matchmaking, activation activities, and event support, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Events, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and execution skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and handling multiple activities simultaneously.
• Willingness to support offline events and on-ground activations when required.
• Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams such as Account Managers, Campaign, Operations, and Creator teams to support activation initiatives.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure matchmaking and activation activities align with campaign objectives and timelines.
• Support day-to-day communication across internal teams, creators, and sellers.
• Support creator operations and management of creator communities for Electronics and Automotive sellers activations.
• Coordinate online and offline matchmaking activities between creators and sellers, including events.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Support regular performance tracking and analysis for internal reviews.
• Help identify growth opportunities and operational improvement areas based on data and on-the-ground issues.
