Job summary

TikTok invites applications for a Lifestyle Category Project Intern position (TikTok Shop by Tokopedia) in Jakarta, starting 2026. You will support seller onboarding, market analysis, campaigns, and creator collaboration in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

As an active university student, you will gain practical experience through short-term projects and contribute to category growth while developing professional skills in cross-functional settings. The internship lasts at least 3 months.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled university student.
• Strong attention to accuracy and formatting.
• Motivated to learn about social commerce.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
• Prior ecommerce experience.
• Collaborative and adaptable.
• Understanding of Home Supplies Category.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisition, onboarding, and incubation of potential sellers within Lifestyle category.
• Manage creator communities and relationships with top creators.
• Drive creator incubation to expand category coverage.
• Plan and execute regular livestream sessions with creators.
• Manage seller accounts and provide education and campaign updates.
• Communicate with sellers to ensure their needs are addressed.
• Assist onboarding of sellers, educate and troubleshoot campaigns.
• Handle other admin-related work.
