Job summary

PT Surya Bumi Retailindo in Jakarta is seeking an Inventory Specialist to monitor daily stock levels across marketplace platforms and internal ERP systems (Odoo/Jubelio). You will ensure stock accuracy between channels and ERP, and perform stock adjustments as needed.

The role emphasizes organizing stock priorities, maintaining minimum and safety stock per SKU, and providing forecasts with reorder recommendations based on historical sales and campaign plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, management, accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Experience using ERP or inventory systems (Odoo, Jubelio, or similar) is an advantage.
• Well-organized, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily stock levels for all SKUs across marketplace platforms and internal systems (Odoo/Jubelio).
• Maintain stock accuracy between ERP systems and marketplace channels.
• Perform stock adjustments and reconciliation when discrepancies occur.
• Manage minimum stock and safety stock levels for each SKU.
• Update and synchronize stock across marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Blibli).
• Prepare stock forecasts based on historical sales data and campaign plans, and provide reorder recommendations.
