Job summary

PT Smarket Indonesia Wholesale is seeking an Accounting Staff with e-commerce experience to manage daily accounting tasks, including journal entries, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations. The role involves recording e-commerce transactions, reconciling marketplace settlements and fees, and supporting monthly financial reporting.

Candidates should have a D3/S1 in Accounting, 1–2 years of accounting experience, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Accurate, Zahir, or Odoo.

Qualifications

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or related field.
1–2 years accounting experience preferred.
Familiarity with e-commerce or marketplace transaction recording and reconciliation preferred.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting transactions including journal entries, accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
Record, monitor, and reconcile transactions from e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
Reconcile marketplace sales, payment settlements, refunds, fees, and other related transactions with internal records.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
Maintain proper documentation and support internal and external audit processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
