Job summary

PT WILHELM CLADDING INDONESIA is seeking an Admin/HR/Purchaser Executive to manage HR, admin, and supply chain tasks within the organization in Indonesia. The role emphasizes multitasking across recruitment, payroll, vendor relations, and procurement to support manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will have HR and procurement experience, familiarity with local labor laws, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an Admin/HR/Purchaser Executive or similar role.
• Experience working in the procurement department in an operations and manufacturing field.
• Familiarity with Indonesia labour laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Short notice or immediate availability would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing goods, materials, and services at competitive prices to support manufacturing operations and inventory accuracy.
• Evaluate, coordinate, and support technical sourcing based on project requirements.
• Manage the approved vendor list including assessing supplier performance.
• Manage the shipping schedules and customs clearances of purchased materials.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
• Administer payroll and statutory contributions.
