Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Corporate HR Manager in Jakarta Utara, Indonesia. The role leads HR Operations, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, General Affairs, and Purchasing across multiple business units, ensuring governance, compliance, and data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has extensive HR leadership, strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, and proven ability to manage procurement and HR operations in diversified corporate environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HR Management incl. Operations, IR, Recruitment, GA, Purchasing
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and compliance
• Experience with payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR data reporting
• Proven leadership with cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
• Fluent or advanced English communication, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, conflicts, and labor disputes to maintain stability
• Develop and monitor HR policies and labor regulations in line with laws
• Coordinate with authorities, legal consultants, and government institutions on labor matters
• Oversee compensation, payroll, benefits, tax compliance, and BPJS administration
• Review employment contracts and HR-related vendor agreements
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning processes
• Partner with leaders to identify organizational and workforce needs
• Ensure compliant recruitment and HR operational practices
• Oversee General Affairs, facilities, procurement, vendor management, and asset maintenance
• Monitor budgets, purchasing processes, and cost optimization
• Organize HR coordination meetings and prepare management reports
• Analyze workforce trends and attrition to support decisions
