Job summary
PT. Kanamoto Indonesia is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to grow rental business for heavy equipment, gensets and compressors. You will prospect new leads, nurture relationships, and close sales while delivering exceptional service.
Work closely with operations to ensure timely delivery and installation of rented equipment. English is a plus; a valid SIM A and company vehicle allowance support field activities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful sales in heavy equipment rental.
- Experience in sales Heavy Equipment / Genset / Compressor is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the heavy equipment rental market.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for rapport building and negotiation.
- Customer-centric mindset with commitment to exceptional service.
- Have Driving License (SIM A).
- Able to communicate with English is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and generating new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales activities
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
- Providing excellent customer service by understanding client needs
- Negotiating and closing sales agreements
- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation of rented equipment
