Job summary

JLL in Jakarta is seeking a Technical Workplace Coordinator to support onsite staff with operational activities, delivering facility management services within contract terms and SLAs. You will help manage engineering and maintenance schedules while ensuring service delivery aligns with KPIs and safety standards.

The role focuses on vendor management, preventive maintenance, and coordinating between Post FM, Helpdesk, and delivery teams to optimise performance and customer satisfaction on site.

Qualifications

• Worked in a dynamic environment with basic understanding of facilities management.
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Suite programs.
• Previous experience in technical workplace administration and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide vendor management support by ensuring subcontractors perform to required standards
• Assist in procurement of vendors and services as required
• Coordinate with team to meet KPIs in the management contract
• Manage vendors and conduct technical and safety audits/maintenance
• Implement Planned Preventive Maintenance program for the site
• Support Digital Performance & Quality Lead in compliance reviews
• Schedule equipment downtime for preventive maintenance with Post FM and Helpdesk
• Conduct site training to expand Operations staff capabilities
• Administer JLL 360 program for PPM on site
