Job summary

AIMGROUP is seeking a Content Creator to craft engaging content for its social channels. You will translate creative ideas into compelling reels, TikTok clips, and short-form videos reflecting the brand identity.

You'll research trends, plan content with the team, shoot and edit photos/videos, and ensure timely publication across platforms. A strong English skill set and a passion for beauty/ skincare are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active English is a must.
• Minimum 1--2 years of experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role.
• Creative and able to develop engaging content ideas, concepts, and scripts.
• Able to create scripts for Reels, TikTok, and short-form videos, including hooks, storylines, and CTAs.
• Up-to-date with Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and short-form content trends.
• Skilled in photo/video shooting and video editing.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, visual composition, and audience engagement.
• Comfortable working both in front of and behind the camera.
• Able to translate content plans into engaging content that reflects the brand’s character and identity.
• Creative, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work according to production timelines.
• Experience in the beauty/skincare industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Content Ideation & Planning: Develop creative content ideas for AIMGROUP’s social media channels.
• Trend & Content Research: Actively research trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Content Production: Handle the production of photo and video content for social media needs.
• Video Editing & Content Execution: Perform basic to intermediate video editing for short-form content.
• Social Media Content Execution: Ensure content is ready for publication according to the content calendar.
