Job summary

Rajawali Mas Yodosan is seeking a Part-Time Content Creator to develop authentic, hook-driven short-form video content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) and visual assets for our brand. You will craft concepts, shoot with a phone, and edit with CapCut to captivate our target audience.

You will deliver weekly assets and posted descriptions, review performance to refine hooks and formats, and collaborate with the team to ensure content calendars are followed and brand aesthetics are maintained.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of engaging short-form videos required.
• Strong hook-driven storytelling and pacing.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Pitch 4-6 short-form concepts per week tailored to the audience.
• Shoot high-quality mobile video with proper lighting and audio.
• Edit videos using CapCut and add captions, effects, and trending audio.
• Deliver 2-3 finished video assets and descriptive headlines weekly.
• Review performance data with the team bi-weekly to optimize hooks and formats.
• Post content and create post descriptions according to the content calendar.
