Job summary

Andaz Bali, a Hyatt property, seeks a dedicated Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a memorable guest stay at the beachfront resort in Sanur.

You will coordinate with departments, apply Opera Cloud and other hospitality systems, and lead with a guest-first mindset. Indonesian nationals with 2+ years in a similar role are preferred.

Qualifications

• Indonesian only for this position.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same role.
• Well-versed with Opera Cloud, Medallia, Hotsos and other systems/reports.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with guest interactions.
• Confident problem solver preserving operational integrity.
• Able to coordinate across departments to achieve results.

Qualifications

• This position is only for Indonesian.

• Enjoys interaction and naturally well versed with social conversation
• Confident problem solver with guest first mindset while keeping the integrity of the operations intact.
