Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a senior technician or similar role.
• Strong expertise in electrical, HVAC, plumbing and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to read and create technical drawings/wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with technical documentation, maintenance planning, and damage reporting.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills in solving complex technical problems.
• Ability to perform under pressure, particularly during operational hours.
• Experience in the restaurant, hotel, or nightclub industry is a plus.
• Ability to mentor technicians and work cross-functionally with teams.
