Wahana Visi Indonesia (WVI), operating as World Vision International (New), seeks a Project Coordinator to lead the day-to-day delivery of the RISE project across districts in Indonesia. The role focuses on community engagement, contingency planning, and collaboration with district governments, schools, and partners to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

The position involves 50% field work and 50% administrative duties, with a focus on safeguarding, GESI, and accountability in line with donor

Formación

A bachelor's degree in social sciences is preferred, but candidates from other fields are welcome.
3–5 years of work experience or 1 year as a supervisor/coordinator in humanitarian programs preferred.
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required; local languages are a plus.
English proficiency is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate day-to-day implementation of the RISE project.
Provide technical guidance to the Project Officer.
Engage with district and village governments, schools, and partners.
Oversee contingency planning, DESTANA, SPAB, and community resilience activities.
Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure donor/organizational compliance.
Prepare timely reports and maintain stakeholder engagement.
