Job summary

PT. MAGADA TIRTA AMERTA is seeking a driver and field activities coordinator responsible for managing driver events to boost productivity and engagement.

The role requires strategic insight into acquisition channels and disciplined execution to maximize area impact. Ideal candidates will have 1 year of sales and direct marketing experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to visit multiple locations, sometimes on motorcycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is D3 in any major.
• 1 year experience in sales & direct marketing job.
• Proficient in using laptop, Office (especially Excel/Sheet) / Google Workspace, and useful mobile applications.
• Great communication and negotiation skills.
• Own and able to drive a motorcycle as this role might require visits to different location.
