Job summary

Magada Tirta Amerta is seeking a field-based Sales & Direct Marketing professional to manage driver activities and events, improving productivity and engagement across assigned areas. You will identify channels for driver acquisition and work to sustain high driver and passenger satisfaction through responsive field visits.

The role requires a D3 in any major, at least 1 year in sales/DM, and the ability to ride a motorcycle for location visits, along with solid Excel/Google Workspace skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is D3 in any major.
• 1 year experience in sales & direct marketing job.
• Proficient in using laptop, Office (especially Excel/GSheet) / Google Workspace, and useful mobile applications into day-to-day work
• Great communication and negotiation skills
• Own and able to drive a motorcycle as this role might require visits to different location, would be ideal

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for managing driver activities and events in order to increase drivers productivity and engagement level.
• Identify potential area/ channel for acquiring potential drivers and strategize outreach.
• Maintain the customer both from drivers and passenger satisfaction level in your area
